I understand and accept following terms and conditions of registration on the databank.

• Every person whose name is included in the databank shall be responsible for the accuracy, adequacy and completeness of the information and particulars provided by him/ her and he /she shall be liable to update the information in case of any subsequent change therein.
• Ever person who is registering himself/ herself in the databank shall ensure that he/ she fulfills the educational and other eligibility requirements for persons desirous of including his/ her name in the databank of independent directors as given in SRO 556 dated 26 April 2018 (available on SECP website) Website
• Inclusion of name of any person in the databank does not guarantee selection as an independent director by a company.
• Have never been ineligible, under any applicable law or debarred by the Commission, from acting as a director of a company;
• Have never been convicted by a court of any offence involving moral turpitude or fraud;
• Have never been convicted in the mismanagement of investments in any capacity;
• Have never been involved in the management of a company whose registration or license has been revoked or cancelled or which have gone into liquidation or other similar proceedings due to mismanagement of affairs, financial misconduct or malpractices;
• Have never been entered into a plea bargain arrangement with the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
• OPF shall not be responsible/ liable in any manner whatsoever for any contravention of any law or regulation committed by any company/ person.
